Pleasant hotel with excellent staff, has marvellous location in what I would refer to as a nice residential area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location on 6th floor very good as it was not noisy. The private parking very useful in a city like Rome. For us it was a very good location close to Hospital Gemelli which is the reason why we chose the hotel. Certainly it is not a good choice for tourists who want to visit the centre of Rome as it is too far away.
The hotel should be renovated. It does not correspond anymore to a 4 stars quality, but rather to a 3 stars. Luckily we were on the 6th floor otherwise the rooms are very noisy as the walls are thin.quality of breakfast shall be improved to a 4 star hotel. Coffee/cappuccino shall be fresh made and not from a machine, taking into account the italian tradition. The hotel seems more for a large scale touristic customers.

Fairly clean accommodation, affable and really friendly stuff at the reception desk. Good location, shuttle to the airport. Set in a residential area short walk to centre, bus / metro into the touristic areas of the city and the Piazza del Popolo. Recently refurbished and generous-sized unit on the balcony.

We were fully satisfied with services/money rate, as the american breakfast (included) was plentiful & great choice of meals which were always uploaded in case of running out. The room was perfect, air condition, big french bed, balcony with a view to the St. Peter's Cupola. The bath room is a bit small, but as students (couple) it doesn't really matter at all. So, i really suggest pineta palace hotel, if you really wanna discover Rome & not just staying in the hotel all day.

Cozy, Charming, Cozy
The room I stayed in was a beautiful Comfort Double Room that felt just like home! I loved the generous breakfast buffet with fresh pastries, hot dishes, and good coffee to fuel my explorations. Plus, the location gave me a taste of authentic local life and was just easy to access public transport!
can recommend 😊❤️

We found the staff to be helpful and patient with our bad language skills. Shuttle was useful, but another return trip during day would be good. Opening hours of bar handy for snacks. Room was clean.
The thin walls between rooms made for disturbed sleep at all hours. Found hotel style to be a bit confused. (cluttered). I would recommend this hotel but would make comments as I have done here. Hotel choice was made by Cosmos tours.

I don't know where to start from... First breakfast: very huge brekfast with 10-15 different meals (hard to believe, but it is true ), you can eat eggs (boiled, scrambled ), hot dog, ham, fried bacon, cheese, butter, fruit and ordinary yoghurt, juice ( three flavours ), several different coffees, fresh fruits, croissant ( more flavours ), jams, nuttela, milk, cereals...there is more but I can't remember. Second cleanness: very clean, every day room is cleaned, towels are changed daily...
It is a little bit away from city center, but you can reach the hotel by bus ( number 49 starts from piazza adriana, number 446 passes by metro station cornelia linea a ). Soundproof is not very good, but after 23h everybody is quiet, so you can sleep

Very good breakfast. Quiet district.
Very thin walls. It's too loud from nearest rooms.

Clean, hip new hotel, I loved good-sized rooms and outstandingly accommodating staff. I ate at an average restaurant with excellent food and service. The bathroom was newly renovated, the bunk bed too. The service offered was good. Offered a shuttle to airport. The property had a suburban location and it was minutes from Forte Braschi.

Access to the main city was good enough, but the location details given as regards proximity to the Metro etc are untrue. Its 5 km away from the closest metro. The attitude of the reception staff was snobbish and the room had bathroom fittings of the 1980's. Was ok as a budget hotel. The only plus point was a view of the Basilica dome from our room.

The cozy atmosphere of Pineta Palace reminded me of my grandmother's home, filled with warmth and charm. I appreciated the accommodating layout.
Better communication from staff would enhance the experience.

We had an excellent stay! The breakfast was delicious, boasting an impressive spread. Plus, the staff went out of their way to cater to my dietary needs with fantastic service. The convenience of the on-site parking garage was a huge bonus too!
